The Arrow floor frame kit and base kit accessories are similar but different. Each has a purpose and its advantages. The floor frame kits are basically end-tabbed steel beams that bridge across the shed’s floor frame. The beams tabs bend into the slots in the floor frame. After some smaller floor frame kit beams are installed, you have a perfect base for a wood floor finish (wood is not included ). Assembly is easy. Once the wood floor is installed, stored items will be off the ground and away from moisture. The steel parts are durable hot-dipped galvanized steel. Be sure to get the right sized floor frame kit for your Arrow building. Note some Arrow models do not have a floor frame kit that will fit.
The Arrow base kits offer the best in bases for your Arrow building. All parts are hot-dipped galvanized steel for durability. Base kits are superior as they are self-squaring and help to level the building site. Once the proper base kit for your Arrow building is assembled, you have a variety of flooring options to choose from—wood, sand or even pea gravel. A wood floor (not included) is the most popular floor finish. The base kits , once assembled and finished, will help keep your yard tools or whatever you’re storing off the ground. Be sure to select the right model base kit for your Arrow shed. Some larger or smaller models do not have base kits available. In addition to protecting stored items, the self-squaring feature make the Arrow base kits a valuable accessory when assembling an Arrow building. Be sure to read the floor frame kit or base kit assembly manual first to find the correct time to install the accessory.
